  3. Use of data processors

    2. The right of access
      1. You are entitled at any time to request in writing information about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, what categories of personal data and recipients of information there may be, as well as information about where the information originates.
      2. You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data we process about you. For multiple copies, we charge a fee of DKK 50.00. If you want a copy of your personal data, you must send a written request to together with documentation that you are the person in question.
    3. The right to rectification
      1. You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about yourself rectified by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.
      2. You can correct information that we have collected in connection with your registration for our customer club by logging in to your user profile.
    4. The right to erasure
      1. In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data erased by us, e.g. if you withdraw your consent to your registration for our customer club. To the extent that processing of your data is necessary, e.g. to comply with our accounting obligations, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.

      1. In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted to storage only, e.g. if you believe that the data we process about you is incorrect.

  5. Deletion of personal data
    1. If you do not use our Website for a period of 1 year, we will automatically delete the information we have registered about you, although we may store certain personal data for a longer period in order to comply with legal requirements, including requirements in accounting legislation (5 years from the end of the financial year) and consumer legislation (the 2-year right of complaint).
    2. Information that we have collected in connection with your consent for us to send you marketing by email, SMS and post will be deleted if you withdraw your consent, unless we are entitled to continue processing, cf. section 2.
    3. We will delete information that we have collected in connection with your subscription to our newsletter if you contact us about this. In all newsletters, you will have the opportunity to respond and thereby opt out of your subscription. If you unsubscribe, we will automatically delete the data we have collected on you.
